Shanghai Chuangtuo Biological Technology Co., Ltd., founded in February 2015, is a high-tech bio-pharmaceutical company focusing on innovative technology integrating High-tech chemical research, research and development, customization and production of functional small molecule materials and bioactive small molecules, and technology development &technology transfer. Chuangtuo Biological team is composed of outstanding talents graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other well-known universities at home and abroad. The core R&D personnel of the team have long been engaged in the research and development of medicinal chemistry, organic synthesis, functional materials and cutting-edge biotechnology, and have rich industry experience.

             The company has a R&D Center with a construction area of about 500 square meters, equipped with hardware facilities such as product development laboratory, pilot scale-up laboratory, and testing laboratory. In addition to routine experiments, the R&D Center can also perform unit operations such as ultra-low temperature, high temperature, high pressure, and rectification. It has rich production experience and technical advantages in unit operations such as reduction and oxidation functional group conversion, complex process optimization, and high vacuum rectification.

             The production and scale-up workshop is about 1000 square meters, equipped with several reactors with the capacity of 200-3000L, which can scale up the production of nitrification process, hydrogen hydrogenation process, diazotization process, oxidation process, high temperature reaction (> 120℃), ultra-low temperature reaction (-78℃), high vacuum distillation (boiling point: 200℃-400 ℃), butyl lithium reaction, highly toxic product response, etc.

             The analytical laboratory is equipped with commonly used GC, LC, Melting Point Apparatus, and moisture tester to ensure product production and product quality.
